Yoga from the Inside

I teach a multi-dimensional ‘bodyful’ movement practice. I encourage students to explore with curiosity and to listen to their own bodies. The practice focuses on how it feels, not what it looks like.  Classes support students to increase strength and range of motion,  while decreasing stress and boosting relaxation. 

Small, friendly classes on Friday mornings – online (via Zoom) and in-person in our peaceful space in Timsbury.
